You’re Invited to An Exclusive Helenergy Event

Stephanie Holland, Helenergy Creator and healing mentor

As therapists, we’re privileged that our clients confide in us. What do yours say? Do they tell you they are anxious, depressed, or feeling a bit lost in life? Do they complain of just not feeling good, mentally and physically? Or maybe it’s you who feels that way?

Either way, there’s a need now for something that makes people feel good from the inside out. Something that makes them feel lighter, brighter, and like they enjoy life again.

That’s why I created Helenergy.

If you’ve been following me on social media or reading my monthly newsletters, you’ll know that Helenergy is a beautiful unique energetic healing modality that I created during the lockdowns. People were stressed, anxious, lost, and wanted to change their lives for the better, and I saw a need for something that would help people on a far deeper level.

Helenergy: A Holistic Approach to Healing Mind, Body, and Soul

Since I trained in energetic healing two decades ago, I’ve been amazed at how powerful it can be to restore the body and mind. I trained in Reiki, but Helenergy is far more than that; it’s a holistic and personalised approach to improving wellbeing, body and soul.

Helenergy is a combination of energetic healing, treatments, daily rituals, and gorgeous products. I spent the lockdowns creating the brand and pulling all the pieces together. I sourced lovely organic products. I created unique treatment experiences like the Helenergy Facial Experience that’s combined with energy healing to offer a treatment like no other. I created a Helenergy Journal to help empower people to take charge of their own wellbeing. And here’s the biggie; I put together some accredited training for therapists.

You’re Invited to an Exclusive In-Person Event

When I created Helenergy, I knew that I wanted to train a network of Helenergy Therapists to take this beautiful modality far and wide. If you’re feeling a bit lost at the moment or don’t know which way to take your career, maybe reading this is the sign you were waiting for.

Imagine going into work every day knowing that you were truly making a difference to your clients’ wellbeing. That you helped them break free of that grief, anxiety, and fear…whatever it is that’s weighing them down. Imagine how that would enhance your own life.

After a few years of online events, I wanted to bring Helenergy to you in person. On Monday 27th June, I’m planning to hold a lovely Helenergy Horizons event from 6-8pm. I’d love the chance to meet with you and tell you all about Helenergy and how it could transform your life.

On the day, I’ll talk about the different elements of Helenergy, and there’ll be a chance for you to try the gorgeous product range I created.

If you’re a therapist who wants to find out more about the accredited Helenergy Therapist/Healing Mentor training, there’ll be the chance to do that too. Oh yes, and there’ll be cake!

Helenergy Event Details

The event will be held on Monday 27th June at 6pm-8pm at my training room at Ashington Workspace, Ashington, Ne63 9jz. It’s super easy to get to and there is plenty of free on-site parking.

There is a small fee of £5 to attend the event, but that will be redeemable against a Helenergy Product you can take home.

Are you ready to find out how Helenergy can help you live a fulfilling life, full of purpose?

Who Can Offer Reflexology?

Reflexology is a gorgeous relaxing treatment that can really improve a client’s wellbeing. You might have thought about training in it, but are you still on the fence? Not sure if it’s for you? Well here’s the good news, there are so many reasons why therapists choose to offer reflexology, and you can too!

The Benefits of Training in Reflexology

Have you thought about adding reflexology to your treatment menu, or do you want to start a completely standalone reflexology business? Here are the benefits of training in reflexology.

You Can Make Use of Your Existing Skills

Are you a good listener? Have you worked in a caring profession? Or are you good at taking notes and love to learn new things? You can transfer all of these skills to a reflexology business.

It Gives You Job Flexibility

Want to be your own boss and rent a room or go mobile? Or do you want a salaried job in a spa that offers holistic treatments? Training in reflexology can give you the flexibility to set your own hours and choose how you want your career to work for you.

You Can Take Your Life in a Completely New Direction

So many of us dream about leaving the grind behind and doing something new. Well training in reflexology could give you that chance to do something rewarding that genuinely makes others feel good.

Your World Will be Your Oyster

Whether you want a second income stream, or you want to train in reflexology then build on that, there’ll be nothing stopping you.

It Reduces Stress for Clients (and For You!)

You get to nurture and care for your clients and the relaxing environment you create will also benefit you. You’ll feel your clients’ stress and anxiety drop away and in turn, you’ll feel less stressed too.

Reflexology Helps You Work with Clients on a Deeper Level

Often, the focus for beauty therapists is making clients feel good, and that’s an amazing thing. But when you offer reflexology, you get to work with them on a deeper level, helping them feel good from the inside out. This creates a very different kind of relationship. When clients realise how amazing they feel, they’ll want to come back time and time again.

Want to Offer Reflexology?

Anyone can offer reflexology and there are so many benefits of training in it.

I have set two dates for reflexology training at the academy; 23rd May or 15th August.

These dates get booked up very quickly so if you are on the fence about if you should train, ask yourself how your life (and your clients’ lives) could flourish by offering this service.

There are many ways you can make a reflexology business work. You can rent a room or go mobile. Or if you are already in the industry, it will soon become one of your most popular treatments that clients will always return for.

The Helenergy Facial Experience: A Gentle Approach to Holistic Healing

As therapists, we are so privileged to be able to help clients improve their wellbeing. It’s not just about looking good on the outside, clients want to feel good on the inside too. After the last few years, there’s a definite need for treatments that help treat the client as a whole. Introducing the Helenergy Facial Experience, a gentle, unique approach to holistic healing.

Not Just a Facial

A great facial has so many benefits. Glowing skin, relaxation, and reduced muscle tension to name just a few. But have you ever experienced a facial that’s combined with healing energy treatment that treats the client as whole?

That’s the Helenergy Facial Experience in a nutshell and it’s unlike anything you or your clients will ever have experienced.

If you train as a Helenergy Therapist, you’ll use facial techniques, beautiful bespoke vegan products, and a gentle healing energy flow to help clients feel good, inside and out.

What Makes the Helenergy Facial Experience different?

It treats the client as a whole. As part of the experience, they receive a Helenergy 7-Day Journal. In the journal, there is space to write how they are feeling every day as well as small daily rituals to improve their wellbeing and them move forward in life.

They also get bespoke Helenergy product recommendations so they can carry on experiencing the benefits at home. This is what it’s all about; making them feel supported long after they have left the treatment room.

Another thing clients will love is that as part of the Helenergy Facial Experience, they’ll receive a gorgeous programmed rose quartz pendant that they can carry with them every day.

Who’s it For?

Absolutely anyone can benefit from the Helenergy Facial Experience, especially people who just want to feel better and lighter every day. People who feel stuck and want to move forward in life. People who are dealing with stress or other negative emotions they just can’t shake off.

Why Should I Train as a Helenergy Therapist?

As a Helenergy Therapist, you will be get to help your client before, during, and after their Helenergy experience. How many times does a client have a treatment and the effects of that treatment only last for a day or two afterwards? As a Helenergy Therapist, you will have the privilege of impacting on your client’s wellbeing in a way that no other therapist does.

When you decide to become a Helenergy Therapist, you will be starting on a journey to being able to offer a beautiful healing modality that is so needed in people’s lives right now.

It’s a completely authentic treatment that you’ll be delivering from your heart and soul. You won’t be just ‘doing facials’, you’ll be transforming lives.

How to Attract Clients to Your Beauty Business in January

After 2020, all of us beauty business owners were looking forward to a better year. But it’s been a bit topsy turvy, hasn’t it? For many beauty therapists, business still isn’t consistent as many clients still feel nervous about Covid.

Not only that, lockdown has had a huge impact on what treatments clients are deciding to have and what they have found they can do without. Clients are also going longer between appointments which can have a negative impact on your business.

And then there’s January. If your business is already quiet, you’ll be worried that it will die a slow death as bad weather and a lack of cash after Christmas means that clients are more reluctant to book treatments.

So how can you beat the slump and attract clients to your beauty business in January?

Start marketing now

If you’re planning on running any new year offers, get them out there now so clients know about them. Start marketing early to attract clients to your beauty business in January.

Remember too that people are looking for gifts and stocking fillers at this time of year, so if you sell products, make sure you create a gorgeous display. Product sales might not completely make up for a slow down in your business, but every little helps.

Don’t panic and start slashing prices

You can attract clients to your beauty business in January without harming your profits. It can be tempting to start offering crazy discounts to get people through the door. However, remember that you need to earn a level of income that reflects your skills, training, and experience.

Instead of just discounting treatments across the board, why now offer deals on the days when you are usually quieter like midweek?

Want to attract clients to your beauty business in January? Get inside of their heads!

Come the new year, everyone’s in the ‘new year, new me’ mindset, so you need to capitalise on that. Now more than ever, clients want to feel relaxed and recharged. It’s not just about how they look any more.

January is cold and dark, and everyone feels a bit ‘meh’ after Christmas, so it’s the perfect time to push your wellbeing treatments. Think about offering wellbeing or pamper packages. Combine a manicure and a pedicure (with heated mitts and booties, of course). Offer a hot stone massage with a mini facial. The possibilities are endless. Brainstorm some ways that you can make your clients feel like new when they walk out of your salon.

How will you attract clients to your beauty business in January?

Will it be putting on an irresistible midweek promotion? Maybe you’ve come up with the perfect pamper package that will help people escape the January blues. Or maybe you’ve decided that you’ll finally train in that niche treatment that will make you stand out from the competition. The new year is almost here and it’s never too soon to start boosting your business for 2022.

Why Crystal Healing Should be the Next Course on Your List

A variety of healing crystals lying on top of a purple pouch.

The focus of beauty therapy is changing. No longer do clients only want to see a therapist to look good, they want to feel good too. Holistic treatments that promote healing on the inside are booming for that reason. In this blog, I want to look at crystal healing training. I’m so excited to say I’ll be offering it at the academy going forward.

But what is crystal healing, how does it work, and what are the benefits for clients? Read on to find out.

What is crystal healing?

Crystal healing is a holistic and natural therapy that helps to unblock, focus, and direct energy. Everything is energy. We are energy. When our energy becomes blocked, ‘stuck,’ or off-balance, we become physically or emotionally unwell.

If you’re interested in crystals, you probably know that every crystal has its own properties and energies, and so as a therapist, you can use a specific crystal to help a client with a particular problem. A little more on that later.

What does a crystal healing session look like?

pink crystal on the end of a chain, used as a pendulum

As a crystal healing therapist, you would do an in-depth consultation with your client. This is essential, because you need to look at all the different aspects of your client’s wellbeing. This is what holistic treatments are all about.

After you have completed crystal healing training, you will know which crystal(s) to use and how to position them to help your client with their particular concern.

Your client will be fully-clothed and lying down comfortably, then you will place the crystals on and around their body. You will encourage your client to breathe deeply and relax.

They may tell you that they feel a warm or tingly sensation, or they may feel nothing, it will vary between clients.

At the end of the session, you will remove the crystals and encourage your client to become aware of bodily sensations and their surroundings again. They will probably be deeply relaxed and should be eased back into awareness. Some clients might report that they feel better after just one session while for some, it will take a few sessions to feel the effects.

The benefits of crystal healing

Crystal healing is a complementary treatment that can be used alongside standard medical treatments that your client might be getting. It’s deeply relaxing and has no negative side-effects. Commonly reported benefits include reduced stress and anxiety, reduced physical pain, and better sleep. When it comes to emotional health, crystal therapy can bring clarity and a sense of inner peace.

What are some of the most commonly used crystals?

There are hundreds of different crystals, each with their own distinct properties and power. For example:

Clear quartz: As you might have guessed from the name, this is a clear crystal. It’s usually used for focusing energy and improving clarity.

Rose quartz: One of the best-known crystals, and one of my favourites!. This soft pink stone promotes self-love.

Amethyst: Amethyst is purple and it’s known for promoting restful sleep.

Black Onyx: This black crystal is used for protection as it’s thought to protect against negative energy.

How to get the best out of crystal healing

Your clients (and you!) can reap the benefits of crystals in between healing sessions. Advise clients to keep crystals in places that will benefit them. Ask them to carry a crystal in their handbag or wear one in a piece of jewellery. If your client is struggling with sleep, keeping an amethyst near their bed could help.

Encourage them to meditate and hold onto a crystal during the session. Crystals are a great way to enhance the effects of any energy work they might already be doing, like Helenergy Healing for example.

Crystals are not a magic wand

Clients need to understand that they should not expect to be ‘healed’ after one crystal healing session. It’s important that they take an active role in their own healing journey and use crystal healing as a gentle tool to help them get there.

Have you thought about offering crystal healing to your clients?

Do you want to offer a treatment that will really improve your client’s inner wellbeing? Do you want to train in a therapy that will help them not just look good on the outside, but feel good on the inside? Are holistic therapies your thing?

Crystal healing training should be the next course on your list. This is a full-accredited course and it’s suitable for complete beginners.

The first course date is Sunday 23rd January, 10.30am- 3pm, and I’m offering it at the amazing introductory price of £180.00. Spaces are limited, so get in touch quick to secure your place. Drop me a line at steph@essentialbeautyacademy.co.uk to book.

Making a Difference: How Oncology Massage Benefits You and Your Clients

If you’ve trained at the Academy before, or you follow us on social media, you’ll know that we are the only training provider in the north east that offers Oncology Massage training.

Training in Oncology Massage is not only great for your business, it has plenty of other benefits for you and your potential clients.

How Oncology Massage benefits you and your clients

It helps you to work safely with people who have cancer

You’ve probably always been told that cancer is a contraindication to massage and that your insurance won’t cover you for working with clients with cancer. It’s true that you should not work directly on the site of the cancer or work on an area where there is lymphoedema (swelling that can be caused by the disease itself or treatments). However, Oncology Massage training can help you learn about cancer, different treatments and their effects, and safe massage techniques to use.

You can meet the physical and emotional needs of your clients

Being told that you have cancer can be devastating and traumatic. The effects of the illness and the side effects of treatment can leave people feeling anxious, depleted, and in pain. We all know that there are lots of physical benefits to massage. For example, in people with cancer, massage can help to relieve pain and nausea, but the emotional benefits can be even more valuable.

Training in Oncology Massage will enable you to provide some respite to people who need it most. Imagine being able to help someone relax and feel good when they are going through one of the most difficult times in their lives.

Oncology massage training will help you work confidently

It might seem scary, to start working with a client group that you’ve always been told you can’t work with. But our Oncology Massage will give you the skills and knowledge you need to confidently work with clients who have cancer, or who’ve had a previous diagnosis.

Making a difference is always worth it

Research* has found that Oncology Massage improves quality of life for cancer patients. The benefits for patients include better relaxation, sleep, and immune function as well as relief from anxiety, pain, fatigue, and nausea.

As an Oncology Massage therapist, you’ll be able to meet people wherever they are in their journey and offer them a beautiful specialist massage treatment that will comfort and support them.

Do you want to make a difference?

Our next Oncology Massage course is running on Wednesday 17th November. Spaces are limited, so get in quick to book and start offering this beautiful treatment that makes a difference to people’s lives.

Book now by emailing me at steph@essentialbeautyacademy.co.uk or call 07825 337342.

What Makes a Good Beauty Therapist?

Has the pandemic made you rethink your career choices? Are you ready to take the plunge and train to be a beauty therapist? If you’re thinking of starting a beauty career, it pays to know exactly what the job involves and what kind of person you need to be to succeed. So what makes a good beauty therapist?

You’re willing to work long hours

This is a given in the beauty industry. You’ll work late nights and weekends, and you’ll hardly ever finish work on time. You have to tidy up and clean after each client and at the end of the day. Appointments can run over time. The reality is that you’ll probably finish at least 20 minutes later than you expect.

A good beauty therapist is always on top form

To be able to provide your clients with an exceptional service, you need to look after yourself and be well rested. You won’t be able to give from a place of being sleep-deprived or rundown, so make self-care a priority.

You’re approachable

It’s important to make clients feel welcome and comfortable with you. You’ll find out that some of them will open up to you about all kinds of things.

A good beauty therapist maintains professional boundaries

You might find that you end up becoming friends with some of your clients, which can be nice, but don’t forget to maintain your professional boundaries. For example, you don’t want your next client to be waiting forever for their treatment because you’re too busy chatting with a client you’re friendly with. Another thing about boundaries-they can benefit you. You will get existing and potential clients contacting you at all times of the day or night about appointments. Make sure you set boundaries around this. Set up an auto-reply on your social media page which states when they can expect a response. If clients really want to book in with you, they’ll be patient enough to reply. If they decide to go elsewhere, that’s fine too. You might have dodged the bullet of having an extremely demanding and draining client.

You keep your training and skills up to date

Trends and treatments are constantly changing in the beauty industry so you need to keep your skills up to date and think regularly about new treatments you can bring in for clients.

A good beauty therapist presents a professional image

No matter how long you’ve been in the industry, don’t let your professional standards slip. Always have your hair tied back, wear a professional uniform, and be well-groomed.

You’ll focus on what’s best for your clients

Yes, you want to make money, but don’t try to upsell products or services to clients that aren’t in their best interest. The best way to attract clients and keep them is to be open and honest with them, and focus on their needs.

You won’t be afraid to charge what you’re worth

One of the most common mistakes made by beauty therapists who are just starting off is underselling themselves. Don’t be afraid to charge what you’re worth. You work hard and you invest a lot of time and money into training in treatments.

Did you read through this and think ‘Id make a good beauty therapist?’. Make no mistake, beauty therapy can be a demanding career but it’s also a really rewarding one. Are you ready to start your beauty therapy journey?

Why You Should Step Out of Your Comfort Zone

Have you ever got to a point in your life where you feel stuck, like something needs to change? Where you’ve been stumbling down the same path for a long time, pushing and working hard, yet nothing seems to be getting better?

Before you know it, what you thought you wanted leaves your life. This can often happen with your work or career. It can seem scary, especially if it’s something you’ve set your heart on, or something you’ve worked hard for. But believe me when I say, when things leave your life, it’s because something better is waiting in the wings to replace them.

What’s often needed when it comes to living the life you want is taking a step out of your comfort zone. This can often look like:

  • Leaving a stable job and income to go it alone;
  • Daring to break from the crowd and doing something you believe in;
  • Letting go of things that just aren’t working, even if it’s painful or scary to do so.

This involves making some brave and tough decisions, and plenty of people will have something to say about it. But at the end of the day, if you know you’re being true to yourself, that’s all you need to know.

You’ve probably heard it said that the magic happens outside of your comfort zone, and it really does. It’s not easy leaving what you’re comfortable with, but the thing is, you won’t grow if you don’t.

Stepping outside of your comfort zone can mean the difference between living your dream life and a life where you’re left wondering ‘what if?’ But how do you leave the fear behind?

Why you should step out of your comfort zone

You’ll find it easier to adapt to challenges and changes

If the past year and a bit has taught us anything it’s that life can often throw us a complete curveball when we are happily bobbing along. If you step out of your comfort zone regularly, you’ll find that you won’t be so thrown when challenges and changes do happen.

You’ll have more confidence in yourself

Have you ever done something that’s scared you to death but made you feel so good afterwards? You feel good because doing something you thought you couldn’t makes you feel more confident in yourself.

Your life will feel so much richer

Trying new things and breaking out of your comfort zone helps you experience new things and learn a lot about yourself. We all impose boundaries and restrictions on ourselves which keep us small. Pushing beyond them helps us feel free and makes our lives so much richer.

How to step out of your comfort zone

Write down a list of things you want to do

Whether it’s starting your own beauty business or training in a new treatment, write a list of things you want to do. Then break each thing down into small steps-how can you make them happen?

Do the thing you’ve been putting off

This is the scary bit; it might be handing in your notice and actually telling people you’re going to be starting your own business. It could be that you want to take your beauty business down a completely different path, but you aren’t sure how clients are going to react. Do that thing that’s been buzzing around in your head for a while now. I guarantee you’ll feel like a weight has been lifted once you’ve actually made a decision.

Get some inspiration

When you feel scared or stuck, a great way to feel less fearful is to read some inspirational books or blogs, or listen to some podcasts by people who have stepped out of their comfort zone. If you want to start your own business, read something by an amazing female entrepreneur. If you want to feel inspired, read or listen to something by someone who has succeeded against the odds.

It all starts with one tiny step outside your comfort zone. I promise you won’t regret it.

Which Beauty Course Should I Invest in?

Has the pandemic made you think that you want to change careers completely? With more of a focus on wellbeing and people wanting to de-stress after such a tough year, it’s a great time to get into the beauty industry.

Or maybe you’re already in the industry but you’ve noticed that clients are demanding different treatments now so you need to upskill.

It can be confusing deciding which treatments to train in, so I’ve put together some food for thought.

Here’s my guide to which beauty course you should invest in.

Pick something you’re passionate about

Do you care about your clients’ wellbeing and want to help them relax? It might be a good idea to go down the holistic treatments route when you’re thinking about which beauty course you should invest in. Look for a course that matches your passion with your values.

Think about how you want to train

When you’re deciding on which beauty course you want to do and which provider to choose, is flexibility important to you? Do you need training that fits around your family and other commitments? Here at the Academy, we always aim to be flexible with training days and dates because we know that people have such busy lives.

Look at other beauty businesses in your area

If there are a lot of nail technicians in your local area, it makes sense that you might want to avoid specialising in nails. Look at what your actual/potential competitors are doing-what beauty course could you invest in that would set you apart?

Think about a course that trains you in multiple treatments

If you’re just starting off, you’ll want to start earning as soon as possible. A combination course like our 6-Day Beauty Specialist Diploma covers all of the treatments clients would expect on a menu of services and it will get you off to a great start.

Consider going mobile

Some clients will be itching to get back in the salon, but some will be fearful, even with Covid-safe measures in place. This makes it a good time to think about investing in a mobile beauty therapist course. As well as being able to offer clients treatments in the comfort of their own home, it will give you a lot more flexibility too.

Think about going back to basics

One thing about the lockdown was that clients went back to basics; they started looking after their skin because they were wearing less makeup and rather than rely on nail extensions, they started looking after their nails at home. That’s not to say they won’t ever want extensions again, but it wouldn’t hurt to go back to basics with the course you train in and the treatments you offer. Think offering facial treatments and teaching clients how to look after their skin, and offering gel polish or manicures with products that promote healthy strong natural nail growth.

Has the lockdown made you think about switching careers or changing up the treatments you offer? There’s no better time to get into a rewarding career in the beauty industry to help people feel good again.

Are you confused about which beauty course you should invest in? Get in touch for a chat about your next career move!

How to Feel Motivated Again After Lockdown

Motivational quote on a neon sign saying 'you got this'

We’ve been in and out of lockdown for the best part of a year, and for us in the beauty industry, many of us haven’t worked for what is probably the longest time since we started.

Being forced out of our routines and having to deal with a very strange ‘new normal’ where we’ve felt very much in limbo has affected motivation for many. It’s been really hard not to feel defeated and deflated.

But now as restrictions ease, are you torn between feeling excited to get back to doing what you love and wondering if you have the motivation to go back to work and resume life as it was at all?

You’re not alone.

Here’s how to feel motivated again after lockdown.

Start with your lifestyle

Your physical and mental wellbeing influences everything else you do. If you’re not sleeping well, you can’t expect to be motivated and want to give the best to your clients. One of the best things you can do to help you sleep better is to get outside in the sunlight earlier on in the day. This will reset your body’s natural rhythms and help you get back into a better pattern.

If you find that your mind just won’t quieten down when you go to bed, put a wind down routine in place. Have a warm bath, meditate, read a book, or write down your thoughts and worries in a journal before you go to bed so they are out of your head.

After you’ve got your sleep sorted, the next thing to do is to make time for some exercise during the day. It doesn’t matter what it is, just move your body. It will lift your mood and reduce stress, as well as keeping you energised and healthy.

And it goes without saying, if you’ve let things slide with eating a healthy diet during lockdown (and most of us have), make a promise to yourself to start eating better to boost your energy and make you feel good from the inside out.

Make plans

Not being able to plan ahead has been one of the toughest things about this situation for many of us. We’ve been stuck in this weird limbo, unable to move forward. That’s why now that the restrictions are easing, making plans can carry us towards that light at the end of the tunnel.

On a personal level, this might be drinks in the garden with friends now that the rule of 6 applies, or on a professional level, it might be that you want to complete a new qualification, or even change your career or the focus of your business altogether.

Take baby steps when you do get back to work

Don’t worry about tackling a huge to do list when you do get back to work, start off with practical things like contacting clients to rearrange appointments made before lockdown (if you haven’t already) and going in to work for a day or two to get things nice and clean and ready to go.

Take baby steps when it comes to easing yourself back in. Look at your list of jobs and categorise them into Absolute Priority (things that must be done), Important (things that need doing but not in a hurry), and Not so important. Trust me, everything is not an absolute priority, even though it feels like it. If your motivation is lacking when you go back to work, just commit to achieving one small thing every day to take your business forward, and before you know it, you’ll be flying!

Don’t forget to look after yourself

Anyone who knows me knows that I’m really passionate about self-care. You can’t help anyone else if you don’t look after yourself, and whether that’s making the time to go for a walk in the sun or knowing when to take a day off, it’s so important. If you don’t put yourself first, who will?
